Returns

We offer a 60-day return period. You have 60 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. You also need your order number or proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at info@nordretail.com. We will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, so that we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU/EEA you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item without giving any reason. The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. The customer pays the return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to show the refund on your account.
